1. Where's the download I purchased? 

All physical and digital image purchases require a second look from the photographer. This is to ensure you get the highest quality image. This can take some time but will always be done within 20 days of the purchase.

2. Where can I download my photos when they are available. 

Access your purchased photos via the link in the order confirmation email sent at the time of purchase. When the photos are ready to download, the button will change from "AWAITING PROOF" to "DOWNLOAD" or "REQUEST ZIP."
